SOMA Module sketch

A painting from Morozov’s folio.

The painting depicts one of the modules from his Soma dwelling.

The painting is in ink and watercolour on what appears to be handmade paper. The style of the painting is in stark contrast with some of Morozov’s more detailed and precise technical drawings; the lines appear to have been inked freehand – perhaps from maquettes or when the dwelling was in-situ during construction.

The painting is embellished with Morozov’s monogram to the bottom-right.
