The drawing differs significantly from the more precise technical diagrams elsewhere in the Folio. The linework appears freer, suggesting either rapid documentation or preliminary structural studies.
The painting is in ink and watercolour on what appears to be handmade paper. The style of the painting is in stark contrast with some of Morozov’s more detailed and precise technical drawings; the lines appear to have been inked freehand – perhaps from maquettes or when the dwelling was in-situ during construction.
The painting is embellished with Morozov’s monogram to the botom-right.
